Are you registered with the City of Houston Department of Transportation?
Yes, this is required by law. HCT is fully licensed with the City Of Houston. We also fully participate in the DMV's Drug Screening Program.
How do I set up a corporate account?

How do I make a reservation?
Anyone can make reservations online, via fax, e-mail, or by telephone. For all reservations, a major credit card is required at time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
All non-corporate reservations must be cancelled with 7 days advance notice prior to your scheduled trip date to assume no financial liability. After this period, if a reservation is cancelled the client is responsible for 50% payment of the originally scheduled charter. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be billed for full charter amount.
Corporate account holders may cancel sedans and non-stretch SUV's up to 2 hours in advance, and stretch limousines, SUV's, and Buses must be cancelled 7 days in advance.
What are other terms and conditions?
A major credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The credit card on file will only be authorized 48 hours prior to your scheduled trip. All charges are billed to the credit card on file only after the charter has been completed. Corporate account custom billing can be established through your Corporate Account Manager. HCT Service also reserves the right to substitute one vehicle for another providing it is the same or equal size/fare value. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by any of the guests in the party.
Is it possible to place, change or cancel a reservation with my Chauffeur?
HCT requires that all changes, confirmations and cancellations be called into our dispatch center at 713-291-6981 or 1-877-546-6507.
Can I smoke in any of your cars or limousines?
All of our vehicles are tobacco free vehicles. If you would like to use tobacco, we would gladly stop at your convenience so you may do so.
What happens if my vehicle is late?
HCT guarantees an on time vehicle arrival for all pick up locations in the Houston Metro area. Our policy is: if your limousine/vehicle arrives late the 1st hour is entirely free.
What do I do if I can't find my car/chauffeur?
Whether you are in Houston or we are serving you in through our nationwide affiliate capacity, please call 1-877-546-6507 if you are unable to locate your chauffeur. We will immediately remedy the missed connection and get you on your way quickly.
What is your alcohol policy?
HCT does not provide alcohol to any of our clients in accordance with Texas state law. You may bring your own alcohol providing all passengers are 21 years old with a valid ID.
What is your privacy policy?
HCT does not release any information to any outside organization. It is our policy to protect your privacy and identity at all times.
Do your drivers have a special license or training?
All HCT chauffeurs are over the age of 25, have a 100% clean Motor Vehicle Record, and have completed our extensive chauffeur training program and continuing education. We feel our chauffeurs are the most important part of our business, because they are servicing you, the client.
Do you provide concierge services?
Yes, concierge service is available depending on the type of transportation and activity required. Additional charges may apply for specific purchased items at the client's request.
Will my chauffeur meet me at baggage claim?
As long as it is allowed by the FAA, our Chauffeurs will meet and greet at the baggage claim area.
Will my chauffeur assist with my bags?
Your chauffeur can either assist with your bags, or if you need, we can arrange skycap service. We will make sure your transfer from air to ground transportation is as convenient as possible for you.
What is the availability of your staff?
Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What happens if my plane is early or late arriving?
HCT monitors all flight arrival times and we arrive when your plane lands. As long as we are provided the right flight number no matter whether you arrive late or early our chauffeur will be waiting for you.
How much time do I have to meet the Chauffeur on my Airport Transfer Reservation?
HCT provides 30 minutes (45 minutes for International arrivals requiring customs clearance) of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within 30 minutes (45 minutes for Intl. Arrivals) of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
Can I instruct the Chauffeur to take a scenic route to my hotel from the Airport?
We, at HCT and for your convenience, try to take the least congested route so your transfer can be as smooth as possible. Yes you can instruct your driver to take a different route or scenic route; however, a charge may apply.
Is the Limousine bar stocked with beverages?
Yes. The bar in the limousine will be stocked with non alcoholic beverages and ice.
Can I pay for the reservation in Cash instead of using the credit card that was provided when I made the reservation?
HCT Chauffeurs do not carry cash, due to safety concerns. Credit card will be charged on the day of the service. HCT chauffeurs do not collect charges in cash. Please be aware if a cash payment is given to a chauffeur it will be considered an additional gratuity and cannot, by labor law, be recovered from the chauffeur.
If, I place a reservation for 8 hours, but after pick-up I realize I require less time; will I be charged for the full 8 hours?
Yes, Hourly orders are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in ½ hour (1 hour for Buses/Coaches) increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for.
How far in advance should I place my reservation?
Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have confirmed travel dates and times.
